Minka Kelly Actress Friday Night Lights Interview

Kelly is best known for her role as cheerleader Lyla Garrity on the NBC critically acclaimed show Friday Night Lights. Although the show has suffered in the ratings it has a cult like following with fans and Minka is a huge part of that. With her beautiful looks and killer acting skills she quickly became a fan favorite. Tell you what it must be nice to be Minka, she gets to hook up with hunky Taylor Kitsch, a.k.a Tim Riggins, Friday Night Lights, on the small screen and then landed Jeter in real life, not bad. Friday Night Lights is set to return next summer on NBC. I for one can not wait, it has been far too long. Before bursting on the screen in Friday Night Lights, Kelly worked as a surgical technician while taking acting classes. She also starred on The WB show What I Like About You, and recently had a small role in film 500 Days of Summer.
